1)  /Golden /Days, Re-/tire-ment /Days,

/Leisure/ly, re-/laxing /days…

/Visiting /family /and many /friends,

/Traveling /to learn just /where the world /ends.

/Now we have /time for /projects, /and       we’ll

/visit the /grand-kids /when we /can.       Oh,

/this is the /way we /spend our /time…

/Now that we’re /no longer /kids.

2)  /Permanent /Health Care Fund, /Pension In-/creases,

/TRS /Funding and /Trustee E/lections,

/G-P-O, /COLA, and /Double-U-E-/P…

/What do all /these mean for /you and for /me?         We

/feel a De-/fined Benefit /Plan is the /best.           It’s

/guaranteed by /law.  It’s a-/head of the /rest…         If you

/“talk,” but don’t /“walk,” you will /get us no/where.       Re-

/member that /we are not /kids.

3)  /Lazy /Days, our /“Golden /Days,”

/So many /people have /chanted our /praise.        The

/“Lege” and the /Congress say, /“We’re on your /side,”

/But when the /budget looms, /where do some /hide?        We

/need pre-tax /paid          health /premiums /now.          We’re

/falling a-/part, creaking /joints, wrinkled /brow.          So come

/on! “Walk the /Walk.”  Don’t just /“Talk the /Talk.”            When you

/”ride to our /rescue” we’ll /CELEBRaaaaaaTE!!! ….        just like /KIDS!
