The TRTA Leadership Training Committee shall develop procedures and participate in conferences for the training of districts presidents, and shall collaborate with the TRTA staff in compiling changes to the TRTA Leadership Manual. Changes to the manual shall be approved by the TRTA Executive Committee. The committee has various responsibilities at the TRTA Convention, including facilitating breakout sessions, distributing and collecting materials, and assisting at the TRTA House of Delegates with voting and other responsibilities.
